Brochure Download the event's brochure With the support of Anatomy And Surgical Approaches To The Orbit The sinus-orbit-cranial interface and the orbital region represent an important anatomical and functional crossroads. These areas are usually approached by several surgeons in many different surgical ways. Often different specialists match against the orbital region mastering well-defined surgical techniques but with stratified perspectives, frequently chained to the competence areas acquired during one’s shaping path. Necessarly this cultural sectioning represent a limit to the developement of an holistic vision, functionally oriented, of surgical approaches. Feeling aware of this, we thought about a course that may give the fundamental instruments to find and realize the most suitable surgical approach depending on the anatomical target to reach, expressing in practice the so called “target-oriented-surgery”. During the course surgical anatomy lessons will be constantly joined by radiological anatomy explanations to better understand the relationships between different structures. The anatomic dissection will take place “step-by-step” tightened up by qualified Tutors, prior to the expecially prepared surgical movies you’ll go through.
